Winning Trimming has been building tough, practical covers and seats for tinny owners across Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, the Central Coast and the Hunter Valley Aluminium tinnies are the workhorses of the Australian boating fleet — they get knocked about, left in the sun, and towed on dirt roads — and their covers and seats need to be just as hardy.
Our tinny services include custom weather covers, towing covers, and seat upholstery. Whether you need a cover to protect the boat while stored or towed, or a seat re-trim after years of UV damage, every job is patterned and stitched to fit your specific tinny.
We use heavy-duty marine fabrics including WeatherMAX and PVC, chosen for abrasion resistance as well as UV and water protection. All stitching uses UV-stable marine thread and fittings are corrosion-resistant — built to handle the rough and tumble of tinny life.
From our workshop at Toronto on Lake Macquarie, we service tinny owners throughout the region. Bring the boat to us or we can measure on-site at your boat ramp or storage facility. Full repair and re-stitching services are also available for existing covers and seats.
